Downtown Mansfield, Inc. is hosting its monthly First Friday Shop Hop in the historic downtown on Friday, March 1.

This month several merchants will participate in the March Monster Madness theme. This event will include Monster themed crafts, art, ice cream, and more.

Over fifty independent businesses now populate the city center. To celebrate longtime patrons and welcome new guests, downtown businesses offer entertainment, hold unique events and offer specials during the First Friday Shop Hop. Guests are encouraged to meet friends and explore the new face of downtown Mansfield.

The March 1 Monster Madness Shop Hop will feature:

  • Element of Art will showcase new, Monster Madness themed artwork as well as offer live music.
  • Little Buckeye Children’s Museum will host Pirate Night, including a Pirate game, a sea monster craft, and half priced admission.
  • Phoenix Brewing Company will be hosting First Friday Infusions with the tapping of a new keg. They will also offer live music with Acoustic Super Friends.
  • Richland Bank will be hosting #WheresRascal at Two Cousins’ Pizza. Come meet their mascot, Rascal, and get a free slice of pizza per person.
  • Richland Carrousel Park will be offering Brats and Sauerkraut, Hot Dogs, Green Popcorn and Green Cookies. When the Leprechaun rides the Carrousel, everyone rides free.
  • The Chill will be offering Lake Erie Cookie Monster ice cream.
  • What Goes ‘Round Thrift Shoppe will be offering all clothes for $1.00.
