The free movies on tap this coming month at the Main Branch of the Mansfield/Richland County Public Library will transport viewers to new worlds and thrilling adventures.

As always, movies are shown in the Community Room located on the ground level.

Monday Matinee

July 3 – 2:00 PM – Air Force One

A team of scientists explore an uncharted island in the Pacific, venturing into the domain of the mighty Kong, and must fight to escape a primal Eden. PG-13

July 26 – 5:30 PM – Ghost in the Shell

In the near future, Major is the first of her kind: A human saved from a terrible crash, who is cyber-enhanced to be a perfect soldier devoted to stopping the world’s most dangerous criminals. PG-13

Saturday Movies:

July 8 – 2:00 PM – Beauty and the Beast (2017)

An adaptation of the fairy tale about a monstrous-looking prince and a young woman who fall in love. PG

July 22 – 2:00 PM – Smurfs: The Lost Village

In this fully animated, all-new take on the Smurfs, a mysterious map sets Smurfette and her friends Brainy, Clumsy and Hefty on an exciting race through the Forbidden Forest leading to the discovery of the biggest secret in Smurf history. PG
