Mansfield City Schools is joining other nonprofits in Giving Tuesday (Nov. 27), a day which emphasizes charitable contributions during the holiday season.

Richland Gives will allow donors to contribute during a 12-hour period on Tuesday through a single website, richlandgives.org. The event culminates a month of donating opportunity.

Mansfield City Schools is seeking donor support in three areas: bulletin board tools, school assemblies, and Ohio college visits.

“Mansfield City Schools is focused on meeting the needs of the whole student. We reflect the value and needs of the community we so proudly serve,” said Martin Linder, director of school improvement. As we work tirelessly to provide the best wraparound support for each student, we are asking for support for some tools and programming that provide experiences, opportunities and resources for our students, families and staff.”
