The Ohio District 5 Area Agency on Aging Inc. is excited to invite the public to attend its annual Positive Aging Expo.

The Positive Aging Expo, hosted by Ohio District 5 Area Agency on Aging, Inc., will be held on Thursday at the Richland County Fairgrounds from 9 AM to 2 PM. The Expo is free and open to all.

Each year, the Expo showcases many businesses and organizations available to seniors and caregivers. These vendors bring booths, food, games, giveaways, and most importantly, information about their unique services, giving guests the opportunity to learn about the countless resources available to them in Ohio’s aging network – all under one roof. This year’s featured entertainment preforming Motown music is Condrea Webber, Deon Taylor and their dance group.

Additionally, the Area Agency will be collecting non-perishable food items for the local food shelter. Guests who bring a donation to the Expo will have the chance to win a special door prize.

The Ohio District 5 Area Agency on Aging, Inc., located at 2131 Park Avenue West in Ontario, provides leadership, collaboration, coordination and services to older adults, people with disabilities, their caregivers and resource networks that support individual choice, independence and dignity.
