When Travel & Leisure Magazine recently chose the top Fall Festival in each state, the Ohio selection was very much close to home.

It’s the award winning The Great Pumpkin Glow at Kingwood Center Gardens, now in its 7th year.

The Glow returns bigger and better than ever this Saturday from 5 to 10 PM and Sunday from 5 to 9 PM. Bring the whole family to see Kingwood’s grounds glowing with a beautiful display at dusk with over a thousand carved and lit pumpkins, glowing balloons, friendly scarecrows, festive gourds, towering corn stalks, and beautiful chrysanthemums.

This year’s features include an expanded walking path, which means more pumpkins, more decorations (more “glow), live music, horse-drawn hayrides for $3, more food vendors, a scarecrow display contest, a childern’s carnical, and a smore’s campfire.

General Admission at the Gate is $8 per person, and children 6 & under free. Advance tickets may be purchased online at this location, and are $6 per person, with children 6 & under free

Parking for The Great Pumpkin Glow is at: Value City Furniture, Startek, or Mansfield Senior High School via West Park Boulevard. Complimentary shuttle service will be available only at Value City Furniture and Startek.  If you park at Mansfield Senior High School, there will be a short walk to the Linden Road Entrance.

Kingwood Center will not be open the days of The Great Pumpkin Glow until the event begins at 5 PM.

Also this year is “The Pumpkin Pass,” a 2-in-1 Pass for just $10. This provides 1 admission to Little Buckeye Children’s Museum & 1 admission to Kingwood Center Gardens for The Great Pumpkin Glow.
