Walks are open to all and take place in various types of terrain – including parks, urban streets, residential neighborhoods, along the Richland B&O Trail, and others.

Participants are welcome to join in no matter their motivation – to meet new people, engage in healthy activity, experience nature, whatever the case. Recent walks have included a Trail Walk with the City of Shelby Health Department, an Ohio Bird Sanctuary Trail Walk, and a “Beat the Heat” Woods Fitness Hike.”
