The Neighbor Up Night, held by the North End Community Investment Collaborative (NECIC), has moved from the second Wednesday to the third Wednesday of the month for October 2019; the next Neighbor Up Night will take place on October 16 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM.

Everyone interested in community collaboration and improvement is welcome to attend. These facilitated meetings cover a variety of topics that are of special interest to those who live or work in the North End. Recent examples include anti-violence initiatives, transportation, and senior citizen assistance. A meal is provided for attendees to share. These monthly discussions not only help foster a sense of community, they also connect residents to local services and opportunities. NECIC focuses the conversations on problem-solving and positivity.

NECIC strives to be the leading engine of economic vitality, arts, and positive youth development and civic engagement within the city of Mansfield.
