The Mansfield Division of Police responded to a Robbery on 12/06/2016 at the Richland Bank at 50 Marion Avenue. An unidentified white male entered the bank and walked up to the teller. The male gave a note to the teller at which time an undisclosed amount of money was handed over. The male suspect exited the bank and fled.

James O. Ward has been identified through leads as the subject in the pictures released over the past few days. An arrest warrant has been issued for James O. Ward. He is a white male, 5’09”, weighing about 160 lbs. with blond hair and green eyes. He is considered to be dangerous and should not be approached. If he is seen please call your local law enforcement.

The Major Crimes unit is working in collaboration with the United States Marshals Service in attempting to locate James O. Ward. Anyone with information concerning the whereabouts of Mr. Ward can contact the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force 24 hours a day at 1-866-4WANTED (1-866-492-6833) or during business hours at 419-774-3565.
