Mayor Timothy Theaker and Chief Kenneth Coontz are proud to announce [that] a promotional ceremony will be held Friday, January 13 at 13:30 hours (1:30 PM) in the Mansfield City Council Chambers, third floor of the Mansfield Municipal Building, for the promotions of:
Sergeant Kenneth Carroll to the rank of Lieutenant
Officer Matthew R. Loughman to the rank of Sergeant
Sergeant Carroll began his law enforcement career with the department on November 6, 1998 and was promoted to Sergeant on June 25, 2009.
Officer Loughman began his law enforcement career with the department on July 1, 1996.
Everyone is invited to attend the ceremony.
