On Monday, September 19, the New School 2 juried exhibition for undergraduate students opens at the Pearl Conrad Gallery in Ovalwood Hall on the campus of Ohio State University Mansfield. The exhibition is organized and sponsored by Roy G. Biv Gallery, a nonprofit art gallery located in Columbus.
New School 2 aims to showcase innovative student work and connect student artists from different schools. The exhibition is juried by Marisa Espe, co-founder at M I N T Collectiveand Education Assistant at the Wexner Center for the Arts; David Butler, Education and Outreach Coordinator at the Pizzuti Collection; and Maria DiFranco, a recent Ohio State University MFA graduate and visual artist.
The exhibition will run through October 7, and a closing reception will be held that evening.
