Miss Ohio Week kicked off over the weekend with a Welcome Ceremony on Saturday at Richland Mall, and then the traditional Miss Ohio Parade through the streets of downtown Mansfield on Sunday afternoon.
The Miss Ohio Pageant has called Mansfield home for more than 35 years and is held at the Renaissance Theatre. The week-long event features several events with contestants around the community, onstage competitions, and of course the crowning of Miss Ohio 2019 and Miss Ohio’s Outstanding Teen 2019.
Those events for the remainder of the week include the following:
- Monday from 5 PM to 7 PM — Applebee’s Celebrity Servers & Crown Contest – At both Mansfield Applebee’s locations
- Wednesday at 5:30 PM to Friday at 7:30 PM – Baskets to the Boardwalk – Renaissance Theatre Lobby
- Wednesday at 7 PM – Miss Ohio’s Oustanding Teen 2019 – Renaissance Theatre
- Thursday at 7:30 PM with Preshow at 7:05 PM – Miss Ohio 2019 First Preliminary Night – Renaissance Theatre
- Friday at 7:30 PM with Preshow at 7:05 PM – Miss Ohio 2019 Second Preliminary Night – Renaissance Theatre
- Saturday at 7:30 PM with Preshow at 7:05 PM – Miss Ohio 2019 Final Night and Crowning – Renaissance Theatre
- Saturday following the above — Coronation Party — Holiday Inn Ballroom
- Sunday from 2 PM to 4 PM – Meet Miss Ohio 2019 and Miss Ohio’s Outstanding Teen 2019 – Richland Mall
