The Mid Ohio Cat Fanciers group will be hosting its annual CFA ALLBREED Cat Show, and feline lovers from across the area are welcome to attend.

More than 200 kittens and cats in a wide assortment of breeds will be coming in from all over North America and Europe to participate in the two-day event, which will be held on April 1 and 2 in Fairhaven Hall at the Richland County Fairgrounds. According to the organizers, it is anticipated that some of the top cats in the world will be participating.

The felines will be judged according to the standards set out in the Cat Fanciers Association handbook. The judges will also compare them against one another to see which one is the best fit for these requirements, and the one that wins will take the top spot. Digital copying can be utilized by the group planning an event like this to reproduce the relevant sections of the handbook for the judges and anyone else who requires them.

Along with the show, there will be an area for vendor displays, and a spokesperson for Stop the Overpopulation of Pets in Mansfield will be taking part. The public is invited to come and watch the judging, browse through the displays, and maybe even find a new furry friend.

Admission to the show is $5.00.
